Swallows and storks are migrants - these people are refugees!
It is not the society that is to create and to save each one of us but precisely the opposite - it is us who are creating our society and it is us who - through our punctual decisions - are saving or wasting it for the future.
Europe is unable to welcome many refugees.
Europe is unable to welcome many refugees, because the people here are mentally unprepared for that, because their mind is not yet set to that task, because they are coward and weak, they are reluctant to leave the comfort of their current concepts, the comfort of their current ways of thinking and their current ways of thinking are not compatible with welcoming many refugees.
If a society is coward and weak each of its members is responsible for that. If there were only one brave and strong among us, his strength would pass to many and from many to the majority since this is the normal outcome of an evolution. Our individual white feathers and our indivudual weaknesses put together the the white feathers and the weaknesses of our society, the part of each one of us is there, no one can find an excuse.
In this coward and weak so finally deviant society it is dificult to organise individual actions since there is a big resistence and very often the individual actions generate new conflicts. These actions might bring some fruits on short terme but already on mid terme their insufficiency becomes evident while in their wake new problems occure.
One might organise individual actions but only after very careful consideration about the ratio between the gains and the losses. Since there is a big risk that we lose more with the desintegration of our society than we gain with the salvation of some refugees. It would be very easy to neglect one of these two points and only take care of one of them, but we must not do so. We must keep in mind these two things together, since we have oligations on both sides.
Fully independently from the fact that someone organises individual actions or not he must be continuously on the search to unhide his specific personal deviations - they have come onto him from his environment of course since everybody is very receptive to the stereotypes of his surroundings which he has been learning from the very first days of his life (even he has been teaching them back to others) - he must be vigilant, he must continuously question the programations which his society is loading upon him and he must find ways to overpass them when they start to contradict with the bases of his own personal existence. It is not easy to blame somebody if he doesn't open the door of his own flat to refugees since very often this is not feasible at all. But it is due to blame anybody if he doesn't want to get rid of the ideological impacts which others' manipulations are imposing on him all the time, if for sake of ease he insists on theories of clearly limited scope, if for sake of ease he defines himself and the meaning of his life on termes of clearly limited validity while he doesn't do anything to improve his inner senses, he doesn't start his pilgrimage of personal development and he deosn't always struggle to find his good position face to this deadly regime.
We have created a splendid modern world - don't talk too much about the how since we don't have many things to be proud of - but yes we have achieved something. However we must see that our up to now achievment is not enough and it is going to be more more amd more awkwardly insufficient in the future, if we only trust our current establishments, if we only move on the plains of our current reflections, if we only reason with our current ideas, if we only use our currently available means, if we only respect the rules of our current structures. Everybody must be fully aware that there are other ideas, there are other means, there are other talents, they are in our hearts, they reside unfolded in the innermost layers of our personality, they are dozing there and it is only up to us, up to each one of us to be be ready for their wake up and for the grow up of the big trees which these small seeds harbour. Everybody must choose: does he want to discover the bottomless depths of his huge treasury, or he rather stays absorbed by external dictates. Do we head towards the exploitations of our today hidden potentials or we cowardly retreat behind the scenes what we project about our imaginary incapabilities and we calm ourselves that the message of the gospel might be somewhat true in the private sphere but it doesn't mean much for the public. Do we undertsand that many of the refugees whose boats are now tumbling on the stormy Mediterranean sea will die very soon for only one reason: so that from their drama we learn lessons, so that from their tragedy we gain ipulses, so that from their destiny we conlude to the necessity of real changes in our life and not to get calm on stupid speeches and on hectic press releases about the limits of our power. If we draw up the good conclusions and we depart for the good changes, these people will not perish in vain, if we beleive the dim and manipulated talk about the constraints of our so called realities, if we attribute our incapabilities to the system around us without saying that we ourselves make up the system or - which is even worse - if we give up all our motivitaions saying that our system is basically good and there are only small nuances to correct for some special people with some special skills - as the most often we consciously or unconsciously do - the tumbling refugees are dying with no purpose and we stay alive for no purpose either. The meaningful or meaningless character of their death is in our hand, in our personal decision, in all of our decisions we take day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute. It depends on if we start to leave our lethal circles or we continue to stir our coffee in clockwise and sometimes in counter clockwise direction and that's all as far as changes are concerned. Are we brave enough to admit that Europe in its today state is poor, so poor that it won't be able to survive and if it dies it will very probably pull the whole word into its tomb through the domino effect which would work stunningly well in a field so much undermined as our planet Earth is today. Are we brave enough to say that the future of Europe and through that the future of the whole world is depending upon us since no one else will do our job, that's pretty sure. Are we brave enough to admit that no one can reflect on any smaller perspectives. This is the important lesson of the refugee crisis, not that the private life and the public life are different from each other when they are definitely very much the same. The second is an image of the first, our failures in the public life are coming from our own personal failures, but also in the opposite way, if we succeed privately it will feed our common successes automatically.
Never miss the final goal. Because there is only one thing which nobody can forgive to us: if we don't look ahead far enough, if our look is blocked by a fence, by any fences. In the kronos, in the practical order of the events it's a good startegy to watch over your next step but don't forget that you also live in the kairos, in the deep time of the celebrating eternity where the visions are limitless. So look ahead and go in the kairos too, you can start it right now, from now on you are not building the saftey of your own nest, but you are sailing out toward wide horizonts with a mission which is not smaller than to save the world - sea you (not a misspelling :-), have a good day!
